Crayfish logs(#10-12)

Nov.10,2010 (crayfish log #10) I haven't been on my log for a month and two days, but a lot has changed. I got a brand-new 20.gal. tank! Also all but two of my fifteen crayfish have died of old age. The two that servived were Sizzor and Hawaii, which were the ones that mated. The eggs never appeared so It will take two or three months for them to develop.

Nov.11,2010 (crayfish log #11) Today I woke up with a surprise, one of the crayfish found a way out of my fishtank and was crawling on the carpet floor. Last I forgot to mention along with my new 20.gal. tank me and my brother went crayfish hunting. We managed to catch fifteen of the little criters, but to my amazment I managed to snag a 5 1/2 inch crayfish(pretty big).

Dec.6,2010 (crayfish log #12) Yesterday we went to the Aqua Critter which is an awsome pet store. So I bought a dozen minnows, so did my sister and my brother bought a crayfish(yay, new room mate for my crayfish). By the way all but four crayfish have died including big daddy(a.k.a. 5 1/2 inch cray). But Sizzor and Hawaii made it again(yay!). The minnows and crayfish have adapted to their new home.

Oct.2, 2010(Crayfish log #6) Going to buy birthday stuff for my sisters party today. Passing by Wal-mart, I need to buy food for my crayfish. Didn't find the right kind of food.

Oct.3, 2010(Crayfish log #7) Today we went to Wal-mart again because my sister wanted to by something with her birthday money. My dad gives us $10 every week and I went eight weeks without using them so my dad bought me a brand new fishtank because my old one got cracked. So now the crayfish have a new home.

Oct.4, 2010(Crayfish log #8) Im in school, I can't wait to get home and see my crayfish. Three more days until the eggs should devolop.

Oct.5, 2010(Crayfish log #9) Hey im back, yesterday I saw my crayfish preparing her swimmerlets for her eggs. Two more days until the eggs should appear.

Crayfish logs #1-5

Sept.23,2010(crayfish log#1) Today my crayfish mated with two females. So I am hoping that the eggs survive. (p.m.6:00 mated with 1st female.) (p.m.9:00 mated with 2nd female.)

Sept.24,2010(crayfish log#2) I went and researched on the web, that it takes two weeks for the eggs to devolop in perfect contiditions or months in normal conditions.

Sept.25,2010(crayfish log#3) No progress seen, the females have made homes/nest.

Sept.26,2010(crayfish log#4) Nothing really happening today just crayfish being crayfish.

Sept.30,2010(crayfish log#5) It's been a week since the crayfish mated, the swimerlets have grown for the eggs. One more week too go, I hope.

My first blog.

So I have a 20 Gal. tank with 10 crayfish, 6 goldfish and a catfish. So yeah.
